John M. Mouser , CSP - President

John M. Mouser , CSP  President B.S in Safety Science at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over 20 years of safety management, industrial hygiene, and ergonomic experience. John has occupied positions at the plant, corporate and consulting level. In addition, John has a variety of industry experiences managing people and budgets. He has worked in the food industry, manufacturing, as well as, the utility industry. He was also an adjunct professor of Ergonomics at Delaware Technical and Community College. He has managed many projects in the EH&S regulatory field. They range from ergonomic workstation redesign to a four hundred million dollar gasification plant construction project. John is also a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). John's primary responsibilities include managing cost containment strategies, budgeting, quality control, team building, hiring, sales and marketing. John's primary responsibilities include, maintaining growth in the company while ensuring customer satisfaction exceeds customer expectations.

Kevin L. Hurd, CSP - Vice President

Kevin L. Hurd, CSP  - Vice President B.S in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with over 20 years of safety, health, environmental management and human resource management experience at the plant, corporate and consulting level. Prior responsibilities included managing all aspects of a comprehensive safety, health and environmental management program consisting of program development, training, industrial hygiene monitoring, contractor safety, process safety management and risk management programs for extremely hazardous substances, injury/illness record keeping, structured return to work programs, worker compensation claims management OSHA abatement and maintaining operating budgets. Additional experiences include, former adjunct professor of Ergonomics at Delaware Technical and Community College and Standard First Aid and Community Safety Instructor through the American Red Cross and a Professional Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). Current responsibilities include account/project management, quality control, infrastructure development, sales, marketing, professional recruiting and cost control.

Bryan G. Jones - Director Engineering/Maintenance

Bryan G. Jones  Director Engineering/Maintenance B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology-Design from Old Dominion University in December 1989. Over eighteen (18) years of plant engineering and maintenance experience. Career positions have included plant engineer, mechanical maintenance foreman, maintenance supervisor, and engineering manager. Prior responsibilities include managing the engineering, safety and environmental activities for a 1,100 MW combined cycle power plant; managing the preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities for facilities and equipment including a fossil fired power plant, integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) power plant, air separation unit (ASU) and water treatment plant; special assignment to support the construction, commissioning and operations and maintenance training for IGCC and ASU; planning and supervising daily activities for sixteen (16) person mechanical maintenance team. Additional experiences include, asbestos abatement and code welding program compliance, implementation and support of predictive and preventive maintenance programs, negotiation of contracts and long term service agreements, diversity awareness facilitation, operator and maintenance training, project and contract management, major equipment overhaul coordination and management, outage planning and coordination, plant and equipment performance monitoring and analysis, safety and environmental program development and implementation, and plant budgeting, accounting and reporting. Current responsibilities include oversight of daily operations, supervising engineering and maintenance services, account/project management, sales, marketing, professional recruiting and cost control.

Chris W. Bonson, CSP - Regional Safety Manager

Chris W. Bonson, CSP - Regional Safety Manager B.S. in Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene from Millersville University with 15 years of safety and health compliance experience. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, OSHA Construction and General Industry Outreach Trainer, OSHA 10 and 30 hour courses. Emergency response instructor and Industrial Fire Brigade trained. Experiences include, extensive knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 and 29 CFR 1926 regulations, developed and implemented comprehensive corporate safety manuals for numerous corporations throughout the United States, performed on-site safety project management for general industry and construction projects, and conduct compliance assessments and Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) readiness reviews.
