Cost: $200 per student

Course Outline

  • Introduction to OSHA (1-hour)

  • OSHA Focus Four Hazards (4-hours)

    • Falls, Electrocution, Struck-by, Caught-in or Between

  • Hazard Communication (45 minutes)

  • Personal Protective Equipment (30 minutes)

  • Cold & Heat Stress (30 minutes)

  • Scaffolding (30 minutes)

  • Excavations (45 minutes)

  • Health Hazards in Construction (30 minutes)

  • Respirable Crystalline Silica (30 minutes)

  • Hand & Power Tools (30 minutes)

  • Material Handling / Ergonomics (30 minutes)

Upon successful completion of our OSHA-Authorized course, individuals will earn their official OSHA 10-hour card from the U.S. DOL. Our course is intended to be an orientation to OSHA Safety Training Regulations 29 CFR 1926.
